Delivery/Payment Policy 

  • Payment is requested before completion of the service when placing your order

  • Payment by credit /debit cards when you place your order. 

  • Payment is due at the time of ordering and is completed online 

  • For Delivery Orders maximum up to 1 hour & for Pickup orders maximum (20- 40 Mins) based on the busy. (

    Estimated times for deliveries and collections provided are only estimates).

  • After payment is made, you will be notified by email confirmation or phone message

Refund Policy

  • NO CANCELLATION - You may not reverse or cancel any order made using the Service.

  • If you did not love your meal then, we 

    will replace or refund your order and make sure that your next experience with 

    us is a great one! 

  • please let us know or return the meal in the same condition as it was when you received it or if the meal is consumed you may only get a partial refund.  

  • Please be aware that while we do everything from our end to complete this refund as soon as possible, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, less a $10 processing fee, A confirmation email will be sent for all refunds. 

  • Full refunds will be offered for services with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law
